You’ll be holding postures for 3-5 minutes, working on connective tissues and ligaments without pain or strain. It’s ideal for sports and injury recovery, although sporty people are often more drawn to the Energise Class. Yoga Holly classes are creatively sequenced and include atmospheric music, breath technique and a light hearted approach. I aim to create a fun, relaxed and grounded environment. You’ll be welcomed to class with pleasant smells of essential oils, powerful music to match the vibe and lots of enthusiasm. My goal is to encourage students to find their own unique alignment and build their own instincts and awareness.
